Blank prints was founded with the intention to make unique printed photography accessible to anyone. The idea came two years after Eduard and Nico, two friends from Germany, were moving away from home to follow their studies across Europe. Both have always been engaged in some form of creative expression and share common interests in design, music, contemporary culture and photography. Moving in their first own personal spaces, they struggled to find something unique and affordable. Nonetheless, over the course of the following years they kept exchanging images, taken by themselves or young artists they found online. Once, after reviewing the long list of accumulated images, they eventually came up with the idea to start an online gallery.
